Doctor Clean is the trade name of Dr Clean Solutions LLC. We provide commercial cleaning only for offices, medical and wellness suites, retail spaces, and managed-property common areas in NYC, Westchester County, NY, and Central Florida.

How we work
Every commercial program follows the same path: we discuss the space, arrange a walkthrough if needed, and agree a written scope — room by room, surface by surface, with frequencies and product preferences documented.
The same crew returns each visit. Two professionals per visit when the scope and timing require it. Clients provide cleaning products and equipment. Fragrance-free and EWG-A certified product preferences can be documented in the written scope.
What we don't do
Doctor Clean provides commercial cleaning only — we don't offer residential or home cleaning. We don't sell a single generic package. We don't rotate crews through a labor pool. And we don't make claims we can’t document — no “sparkling” results, no medical-grade disinfection certifications we haven't been issued.
