Planning your service
How to prepare for a cleaning walkthrough.
If a closer look at your space would help, we arrange a walkthrough after you request a quote. Requesting a quote does not book an appointment. This checklist helps you have the useful details ready.
Rooms and areas
- List every area to include: entrances, offices, conference rooms, kitchens, restrooms, storage, and common areas.
- Note any areas that should be excluded or only cleaned occasionally.
- Have a floor plan or rough sketch ready if the layout is spread across floors.
Priorities and delicate surfaces
- Name the areas that matter most to you, such as reception or client-facing rooms.
- Point out stone, wood, glass, specialty flooring, or equipment that needs particular care.
- Mention fragrance sensitivities or product restrictions in the space.
Headcount, traffic, and preferred frequency
- Approximate how many people use the space on a typical day, including visitors.
- Note busy periods and areas with heavier traffic.
- Share the frequency you have in mind; it can be adjusted once the space is reviewed.
Building access and security
- Know the hours when cleaning can take place and any building rules on service access.
- Access and security arrangements are discussed directly, not through the quote form.
- Never enter keys, alarm codes, or passwords in the quote form.
Client-provided products and equipment
- Clients provide the cleaning products and equipment. Note what is already on site.
- Share any product preferences, including fragrance-free options.
- Identify surfaces that need specific products.
Consumables and scope details to confirm
- Decide who restocks consumables such as paper products and trash liners.
- List the tasks you expect included, and any you want excluded.
- Confirm these details in the written scope before service begins.
For commercial spaces that need specific cleaning, not generic promises.
Tell us what the space is, how it is used, and how often it needs care. We will reply with the next step and a written scope.
